Listing your event is free. It always will be, whether or not you ever pay us anything. Everything below is for organizers who want extra reach on a particular event.
Rates
Launch rate. Prices rise as the list grows; existing clients get 60 days notice before any increase.

Your event pinned to the top of the relevant category on the site and given the lead slot in the next newsletter.

Monthly profiles
For shops, galleries and artists who want a permanent presence rather than a one-off push. Annual prepay saves two months.

What we will not do
- Every paid placement is visibly labelled "Featured" or "Sponsored".
- Editorial picks are never for sale. The Spotlight section has no paid path.
- Paying does not exempt an event from our listing standards. Wrong details get corrected publicly, sponsor or not.
- We refuse off-category money: no crypto, no MLM, no gambling, no lending.
- One sponsor per edition, never two.
- We publish a corrections log.
- When we promote our own event, we say so plainly.
These aren’t decoration. An audience that stops trusting the recommendations is worth nothing to you, so protecting it is the product.
Where your money goes
10% of everything StudioPinoy earns goes to the StudioPinoy Artist Fund — booth fees for first-time artists and materials grants for working Filipino artists. Every disbursement is published. More on how that works.
